These terms provide a general basis for working with Corvion Technologies.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to offers, services and projects of Corvion Technologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
Corvion Technologies provides services in software development, web development, mobile app development, AI, machine learning, data science, cloud computing, IoT, DevOps, databases and IT support and services.
3. Offers and Contract Formation
Offers are non-binding unless expressly marked as binding. A contract is formed when an offer is confirmed in writing or work begins.
4. Customer Cooperation
The customer provides all necessary information, content, access and decisions in a timely manner so that the agreed services can be delivered.
5. Deadlines and Delivery
Project timelines are planned carefully. Delays caused by missing cooperation, change requests or external dependencies may lead to adjustments in schedule and effort.
6. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedule and payment terms are governed by the respective offer or individual agreement.
7. Usage Rights
After full payment, the customer receives the agreed usage rights to the delivered work results unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Warranty and Liability
Corvion Technologies provides services with reasonable care. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties treat confidential information, business documents and access credentials confidentially and protect them against unauthorized access.
10. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted, the registered office of Corvion Technologies.
